If you click the word “Home Based Business” in Google, you will most likely find over 135,000,000 listing under this heading. Some are presented with a “get rich quick” scheme behind their very beautiful presentation upfront, and some require advance skills to be qualified.

How do we actually start off with an Internet business?
How do we shorten our learning curves?
What are the skills require?
Where could we acquire it?

These are just some of the many questions many will ask as a newbie. All the Internet gurus in the market seem so far from reach. Was it a myth to say that we can reach a status like them if we put in great amount of energy and efforts?

I have read many reviews and affiliates sites where they shared about their products and marketing plans. Some of them are indeed genuine where they delivered a great product. But many, under deliver and could not meet the basic expectation. Such trend happens in many industries and is not unique to the fast pace Internet Business.

What are the key questions we have to ask before we begin?
What is my niche?
What could I offer? In what area could I help with my expertise?
How could I manage my time in this business while having a full time job on hand?

My Internet journey begin with my 1st encounter with the #No.1 Super Affiliate Mr.Ewen Chia. I saw his news article in one of the blog post of his downline. You can see a detail recapped of this in my blog post.

Ewen began his business in 1997 when he was in debts of over $16,000. Over the 10 years in this business, he has invested more than $50K in research and readings, offline and online before he could reach his current status in the Internet world.

Looking at this model, it certainly provides me with great inspiration of his success. I ask myself, could I achieve such a status like him? It seems tough and unreachable. But does it mean that is the only way into this business? Or is it only for the unique? I believe everything starts from somewhere and with passion, efforts, and consistency, one will definitely reap result like Ewen.

Survey statistics has shown that almost 160,000 people log into the Internet for the 1st time-everyday and the figure is still increasing. The market is definitely still very active. It’s a myth to believe that it’s already saturated and it’s not for newcomer.

After reading the article, I decided to purchase Ewen Chia’s-Secret Affiliate Weapon as a starter for myself. (It’s ONLY $9 and believes me; it’s worth more than $90 if not of Ewen’s generosity). It has great stuff and very informative. The article gave me great insight and experience as a newbie, with all the basic tools and knowledge that is a “must know”, and a “must have” to begin. Ewen’s way of presentation is always so simple, easily comprehensible and applicable. To learn is easy, but to implement it and to put them in placed properly is indeed the toughest part.

While exploring further, I discover a very prominent program that Ewen has been promoting as a Super Affiliate and it’s call the Plug In Profit Site. (PIPS) I’m delighted that my nightmare as a newbie was cleared immediately after I discover what Evan Stone (the founder) could offer through the PIPS. I will be able to get my own fully customizable FREE website with my own domain name in within 24 hours. Indeed, that is what I need as a beginner and I’m glad I could discover it before I go through a bigger cycle of learning the hard way.

To get my own website is just the most basic in this business. It’s like having your own “shop house” setup and ready to sell your very own product or other people’s products. What is most critical is not having your own "shop" but it's how to drive traffic and to gain exposure for your business. That is the whole crux of this business and it’s also the main focus for PIPS.

I’m glad that I have this good head start now with PIPS and I believe there are more for me to look forward to within the 30 days training. The main engine is up and running now for my business and it can be for anyone who are keen to begin their online business with a tight budget like me.
